When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password, which are used to log you in through Supabase Auth. Passwords are stored only as an encrypted hash, never in readable form. We also store the name or company name and the driver type you choose at sign-up.
Beyond that, TruckersPro only stores the business records you enter yourself while using the app: your loads (routes, earnings, TONU, commissions, and paid mileage), fuel and DEF purchases, expenses, odometer readings, your pay schedule, and which pay periods you have marked as paid. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or files, and we do not collect any information you don't type into the app.
Everything you enter is used solely to provide the app's features — calculating your profit for each pay period and keeping your data in sync across your devices. We also use your email address to send account emails, such as your sign-up confirmation code and password resets; these are delivered through Brevo. TruckersPro contains no advertising and no analytics SDKs. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, for any purpose.
TruckersPro is offline-first: your data lives on your device first, so the app works even without signal. When you have a connection, it's synced to Supabase, a hosted cloud database, so your records are backed up and available on your other devices. That transfer is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, and row-level security on the database ensures your data can only ever be read or written by your own account.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists.
To delete your account from inside the app: open TruckersPro, tap Account in the top-right corner of your dashboard, choose Delete account, and confirm.
To request deletion without the app: email admin@aigodpro.com from the email address on your account. We complete these requests within 30 days.
Either route permanently deletes your account together with every load, fuel entry, expense, pay schedule, and payment confirmation associated with it. Nothing is kept afterwards, and deleted data cannot be recovered. Routine database backups are overwritten on a rolling 30-day cycle.
TruckersPro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
